Order Cancellation
To request a modification or cancellation of your order, please contact us at ancallsglobal@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged products.
Refunds are available only if the product is found to be damaged prior to use, and must be returned unused and in the same condition as received.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
ANCALLS will not accept any returns without prior written approval and a valid Return Authorization.

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), ANCALLS will cover the return shipping cost.
All purchases of sale or discounted items, including those purchased with promotional codes, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
All returned items must be unused, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

After inspection and approval, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit for the returned item(s). -
Exchanges
After inspection and approval, a replacement item will be shipped once any applicable exchange fees have been paid.
Lost or Damaged Returns
ANCALLS is not responsible for any loss or damage of returned items during transit.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packaged and sent back in their original condition.
Any liability issues arising during the return process will be resolved directly between the customer and the shipping carrier.
