Order Types
- Sold-out Items
If your order includes sold-out items, we will contact you via email and arrange a refund or alternative options.
- Pre-order Items
If your order includes pre-order items, we will notify you of the expected arrival date via email.
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available.
- Regular Orders
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that processing may take longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
We primarily use EMS (Korea Post) for international shipping.
For larger shipments (over 30kg), FEDEX or equivalent carriers may be used.

- Shipping time does not include order processing time or customs clearance time.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order.
We do not offer flat-rate or free shipping at this time, as international shipping costs vary significantly depending on destination and package weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient if applicable.
ANCALLS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Undeliverable Regions
Shipping availability may change depending on international logistics conditions.
If we are unable to ship to your region after an order is placed, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Damaged Packages
ANCALLS is not liable for products damaged during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
- Contact us at ancallsglobal@gmail.com with photos and details
We will assist you as much as possible.
Lost Packages
Once a package has been shipped, ANCALLS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Please check with neighbors or your building management
- Contact the shipping carrier for further investigation
