A soft, lightweight triangular shawl finished with a delicate ruffled lace edging. Worked from the tip outward in stockinette stitch, the Sallang Shawl is shaped with simple increases. The lace edging is worked along both diagonal sides to create a gently rippling finish.
The main triangle is worked loosely with 4.5 mm needles, while the ruffled edging is worked more closely with 4.0 mm needles. The finished shawl measures approximately 138 cm wide × 80 cm high.
